Ten years in, we took a moment to step back and reflect on the work, the partnerships, and the questions that continue to shape our work.
In this conversation, Anna Adlard, Workshop CEO, and Ashley Muse, Workshop Partner, explore what it really means to move from knowing to doing in climate and nature work – and what it takes to do this inside complex systems. It touches on the tension between climate ambition and the realities of implementation, the importance of focusing for impact, and the increasingly important work of helping diverse people work together on shared goals.
It also offers a look at how Workshop has evolved: from early collaborations to a portfolio of industry transformation, and moving into new areas like place-based work. Our 10th anniversary has been both reflective and forward-looking. We’re taking the opportunity to share more about what we’ve learned and what we’re building toward next.
We are grateful for the community, partners, and collaborators who have been part of the first ten years and excited for what comes next.
