Anna has an intuitive understanding of organizational cultures and unlocks solutions by breaking down siloed systems. She has a strong handle on facilitation and guides cross-functional teams toward aligned activation.
Anna has built her career managing complex strategic challenges across multiple industries. Prior to founding Workshop, Anna led an insights practice at a leading B2B agency and led engagements for financial and healthcare clients. Anna attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds certificates in design thinking.
When she’s not leading the charge at Workshop, Anna is likely shuttling her three kids around town, walking through forests or making travel plans.

20+ years of experience With a handle on both the big picture and the details, Ben thrives at the nexus of strategy and implementation. He digs deep into data, research and operations, then scaffolds up to an actionable strategy rooted in the finer details.
Ben has a strongly held belief in the power of teams and draws on his experience managing complex cross-functional teams over the course of his career. A software product manager by background, he is also able to guide our clients on technology integrations that are key for climate action.
Before co-founding Workshop, Ben managed the scaling of a mobile messaging platform that supported global social and health initiatives across Africa and South Asia. Ben studied fine art and economics in undergrad, as a fulltime student athlete at George Mason University. He earned an MBA from the Poole College of Management in Service Design and Innovation Management.
When he’s not digging deep at Workshop, Ben can be found in the great outdoors (hiking, camping, fly fishing) or setting up a braai for his family and friends.

15 years of experience Jenna is a strategic thinker who uses design to advance the complex work of climate action. As Workshop’s Creative Lead, she designs visuals, tools, and experiences that inspire and activate. Jenna applies design thinking to break down system challenges that are often technical and multi-layered. Her work helps teams align around what matters, build momentum, and move from ideas into action.
Jenna joined Workshop in 2021 and brings deep experience leading cross-functional creative teams. At Bankrate, she helped reimagine the brand to better connect with younger audiences and improve financial literacy. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Red Hat, where she served as lead designer for the company’s largest global brand campaign. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Appalachian State University, along with professional certifications from IDEO and Google.
When she’s not guiding creative strategy at Workshop, you’ll find Jenna riding motorcycles, diving into DIY home projects, and spending time with her wife and their two dogs.

20+ years of experience Ashley is an insightful systems thinker who helps purpose-driven organizations navigate complexity, clarify strategic choices, and move from ambition to action. As a Partner at Workshop, Ashley works with leaders to create actionable pathways for impact. She brings technical rigor to our work with impact teams, ensuring strategies are credible, measurable, and designed for learning over time.
Ashley has built her career leading system change at the intersection of climate, nature and health. She has held leadership roles in nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate settings, always with a focus on translating strategy into action. Before Workshop, Ashley was a sustainability leader at Google, led pilots for an innovative climate philanthropy, and practiced sustainability-focused architecture and urban planning in New York City.
When she’s not at Workshop, Ashley is often in the redwoods with her family, adventuring near and far, or hosting seasonal gatherings at the intersection of art, place, and community.

5+ years of experience With a background in higher education and a passion for operational excellence, Saskia brings a thoughtful, systems-minded approach to her role as Executive Assistant at Workshop. Whether she’s building internal workflows or supporting client projects, Saskia ensures that the details are covered.
Prior to joining Workshop, Saskia supported executive leaders and mission-driven programs at leading academic institutions. She has supported a range of programs, including academic research, global partnerships and cultural programming. She’s built a reputation for building thoughtful systems, improving access to information, and making complex operations feel more human.
When she’s not fine-tuning Workshop’s systems, Saskia is likely dreaming up creative ways to gather her friends or at a local coffee shop drinking a seasonal latte and reading a book.
