Workshop partnered with the Apparel Impact Institute to design and steward a three-year convening arc that activates apparel brands, suppliers, and funders around shared pathways for supply chain decarbonization. Convenings were designed to surface real barriers, unlock commitments, and mobilize cross-stakeholder climate activation sprints to advance initiatives.
Decarbonizing apparel supply chains requires coordination across stakeholders with different incentives, timelines, and capabilities. Suppliers are central to implementation and often face the steepest barriers, including technical support on decarbonization, limited access to finance and funding for facility improvements, and misaligned expectations from brands. Aii needed a strategic convening approach that would center supplier realities and reliably move the industry into action.
